Is this what pre-school is like?

The dogs are quietly sleeping and here I sit chewing off my nails worried about tomorrow afternoon. Okay, so I'm really trying to finish my final school paper so I can start signing my name with M.B.A after it. But seriously the dogs do have a "big interview" in the afternoon.

Aunt Amy is on vacation the same week we are so the dogs also need to go on vacation. I searched through a number of websites and finally came across . . . ta da - Camp BowWow http://www.campbowwowusa.com/about.htm this is apparently the most expensive kennel outside of LA. But the reason I like it is that it's not a kennel. I know, I know - they're dogs. But they don't know they're dogs. The thought of locking the two of them into a cage makes me sick to my stomach. Yogi has never seen the inside of a kennel and he spent very little time in the cage we had. Daisy came from the SPCA and I'm scared putting her in a kennel would trigger flash backs. I know, I know - they're dogs. But they're my furbabies!

Camp BowWow is a day camp for dogs, but they also have overnight camp. The thought of them playing all day and then being plum tuckered out at night makes me feel much better. Plus they have a web cam so we can check in online and try to catch glimpses of them.

But, because it's a day camp they have to come in for an interview to make sure they will get along well with the other dogs. Most of the time they are great with other dogs, occasionally there are problems. They don't instigate, but Yogi will retaliate. I am hopeful it will go well, but I do have a back-up plan just in case.
